Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing The Crumbs Company! We are committed to baking the highest-quality cookies and delivering them fresh directly to your doorstep. To ensure your utmost satisfaction with our yummy goodies, please review our delivery policies below.

I. Ordering & Service Policies

A. Order and Shipping Confirmation

  1. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately once your order has been received.
  2. Shipping Notification: A second email will be sent to you once the order has been fulfilled and shipped out.
  3. Order Status: If you are a registered customer, you may check the status of your order online anytime via your account profile page.

B. Local Delivery Only

We deliver within Singapore only and are unable to deliver to overseas destinations.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3 working days for your order to be baked and prepared for delivery.
  • Note: As we are an online-based bakery, self-collection is currently not available.

C. Corporate Orders

The Crumbs Company provides business partners with personalized corporate gifts that are sure to delight. Perfect for special occasions, events, or simply to say thank you to a client, partner, or employee.

II. Delivery Schedule

A. Delivery Hours

Our professional delivery agents deliver orders during the following times:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM SGT

B. Public Holidays

We do not deliver on Public Holidays.

III. Delivery Charges & Surcharges

Delivery charges are applicable for delivery within Singapore only. Charges are inclusive of GST and applicable per single location. Purchase amounts indicated below are calculated after any discount has been applied.

Restricted Areas: A surcharge may be levied for deliveries to restricted zones (e.g., Tuas, Sentosa, Jurong Island, etc.). If applicable, this will be communicated prior to dispatch.
